These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define how you access, use, and interact with the Zecute Platform — including our website, mobile and web applications, browser extensions, APIs, and connected services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using Zecute, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

Nature of Zecute

Zecute is a connected professional system that unifies entrepreneurs, businesses, investors, and professionals into one intelligent ecosystem.
The Platform enables users to:

• Discover verified business pages, profiles, and pitches.
• Discover opportunities, people, and partnerships through AI-assisted matching.
• Communicate via chat, Loops, and Live Rooms.
• Manage business interactions, collaborations, and professional growth.

Zecute is a facilitator of connections, not an intermediary, financial advisor, or recruitment agency. All actions, communications, and agreements between users occur at their discretion.

Account Registration and Responsibility

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities performed through your registered account.
• Keeping your profile and business information accurate.

If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@zecute.com immediately.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content (text, media, files, pitches, business information) you upload to Zecute. By posting it, you grant Zecute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

All other components — software, design, databases, AI systems, analytics, and branding — are owned by Zecute. You may not reuse, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

Payment and Subscriptions

Zecute may provide both free and paid premium features.

• Payments are securely handled through verified payment processors.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Refunds are subject to Zecute's Refund Policy (where applicable).
• Zecute reserves the right to limit access or suspend premium services.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with the Zecute Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information. By using the Platform, you consent to this policy.

• Zecute never sells personal or business data to third parties.
• Data is used solely to improve functionality and security.

Suspension and Termination

Zecute may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You misuse Zecute services or files.
• We detect fraudulent activity or security threats.

Upon termination, your account and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
